Rick Humphries exceeded all my expectations as a REALTOR® for a seller. When we first met he was courteous but realistic about the rental property I was selling. He pointed out things that needed to be attended to for a quick sale but also suggested that some improvements should be left for a potential buyer and the selling price adjusted appropriately.
