Selling a house is not something you do too often in a life time and it is probably one of the largest financial transactions you will have to deal with so we were very anxious about trusting complete strangers. We started our experience by interviewing a number of REALTORS® to determine what the process of selling a house entailed and what kind of people we would feel comfortable working with. We were impressed by a number of candidates but two were professionally persistent and offered to prepare brochures and sit down with us to explain the process as well as answer all our questions about the selling and preparing a house for sale. Rick Humphries exceeded all my expectations as a REALTOR® for a seller. When we first met he was courteous but realistic about the rental property I was selling. He pointed out things that needed to be attended to for a quick sale but also suggested that some improvements should be left for a potential buyer and the selling price adjusted appropriately. He had recommendations for various trades people who could quickly handle the improvements to be made before listing the property.
